Blue Monkey (1987) DVD
The plot
A patient arrives at a hospital carrying an infection and a parasite no one knows how to treat. When the creature grows into something far more dangerous, a detective and the medical staff must protect the people trapped inside the quarantined building. Steve Railsback and Gwynyth Walsh star in William Fruet’s creature feature, also known as Insect. Blue Monkey turns hospital corridors into a confined hunting ground, combining the uncertainty of an unexplained illness with the immediate threat of a rapidly developing predator.
