Information we use
Retro Classic Flixs uses the information you provide when you order or contact us, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, order details and messages. We use this information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide tracking and replacement support, and answer questions.
Store and fulfillment services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout process information needed to run the storefront, checkout and payments. We use ShipStation to manage fulfillment, shipping labels and tracking, and USPS to ship orders. Order and delivery information is shared with these services as needed to fulfill your purchase.
Website activity and connected services
Shopify and our connected Google & YouTube and Facebook & Instagram services can process information about website activity, such as pages and products viewed, cart activity and purchases, along with browser, device, cookie and similar identifiers. These services support store operation, analytics, advertising and measurement.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may use information about your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify services to improve services, personalize experiences and provide advertising. Shopify is responsible for processing information for these purposes as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
For information about the connected advertising services, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy.
We do not use customer information in additional business tools or for purposes outside these store, fulfillment, support and connected services.
