About your DVD order
Please review each product listing and About Our DVDs before ordering. Unless a listing states otherwise, titles are supplied on DVD-R. Available edition details are shown on the listing.
Handling and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time is additional. See our shipping policy for shipping information.
Replacements and returns
We offer replacements for DVDs that arrive nonfunctional (DOA), have playback problems, or are the wrong title. Report the problem within 10 days of receiving your order. Defective DVDs do not need to be returned. We do not accept returns for other reasons.
