Till There Was You (1990) DVD — Mark Harmon
The plot
A search for his missing brother takes an American to the islands of the South Pacific. What begins as a family concern draws him into unfamiliar alliances and a mystery shaped by the island’s past. The promise of discovery brings danger as well as the possibility of finding answers. Mark Harmon, Deborah Kara Unger and Jeroen Krabbé star in this Australian adventure directed by John Seale. Tropical locations provide more than a picturesque backdrop as the search grows increasingly complicated. This is the 1990 film, distinct from the later romantic comedy with a similar title, and an appealing detour for collectors of island adventures and Harmon’s screen work.
