The Sleeping Car (1990) DVD
The plot
A converted railway carriage seems an unusual but practical place for Jason to live. His arrival awakens something left behind by its former occupant: the violent spirit of his landlady’s husband. What looked like a fresh start becomes a fight to survive inside a home with a deadly memory. David Naughton stars in Douglas Curtis’s horror film, joined by Judie Aronson and Kevin McCarthy. The isolated carriage gives a familiar haunted-house premise an unexpected setting, while the escalating attacks add a streak of grotesque humor. It is a fitting choice for viewers who enjoy offbeat supernatural films from the turn of the 1990s.
