South Central (1992) DVD — Remastered Widescreen
The plot
After a prison sentence changes his outlook, Bobby Johnson returns home determined to leave gang life behind. His son has begun following the same path, drawn toward people Bobby once trusted. Rebuilding their relationship means confronting the example he set and finding a way to protect the boy without returning to violence. Glenn Plummer stars with Byron Minns in Stephen Milburn Anderson's Los Angeles drama. The story places fatherhood at the center of its conflict, asking whether personal change can break a pattern passed from one generation to another. This remastered widescreen edition is a thoughtful choice for viewers interested in stories of responsibility and redemption.
