Marked Man (1996) DVD
The plot
A jailed mechanic witnesses prison guards murder a fellow inmate and finds himself blamed for the killing. Escaping leaves him hunted, but staying silent would allow the real killers to control the story. He must uncover the conspiracy while trying to remain alive long enough to expose it. Roddy Piper stars with Miles O'Keeffe in this fugitive action thriller. The prison setup gives way to a pursuit in which proving the truth is as urgent as avoiding capture. It is a fitting selection for viewers exploring Piper's screen career beyond the wrestling ring and 1990s action stories built around a wronged outsider.
