Pentathlon (1994) DVD
The plot
An East German Olympic champion defects to the United States in search of a new life. His former coach refuses to let him go, pursuing him to Los Angeles and turning old sporting discipline into a campaign of revenge. The athlete must recover his strength and confidence to face a threat that reaches beyond competition. Dolph Lundgren stars with David Soul and Roger E. Mosley in Bruce Malmuth's action thriller. Athletic determination gives the familiar pursuit story a different focus, as a man who once trained to win must now fight for his freedom. Pentathlon is a fitting addition for collectors of Lundgren's 1990s action roles.
