Mission of Justice (1992) DVD — Jeff Wincott
The plot
A former police officer investigates a vigilante organization that presents itself as a force for public safety. As he moves closer to its leadership, the promise of order gives way to intimidation and political ambition, leaving him to confront the violence behind its public image. Jeff Wincott and Brigitte Nielsen star in Steve Barnett's martial-arts action film. The conflict pits an independent investigator against a movement seeking power through fear, with physical confrontations putting its claims of justice to the test. This is the 1992 Jeff Wincott film, also known in this listing as Martial Law 3.
