Martial Outlaw (1993) DVD
The plot
A DEA agent and his Los Angeles police-officer brother become involved in a case against a former KGB operative's drug organization. Their shared family history offers no assurance that they share the same loyalties, and the investigation brings those differences into dangerous focus. Jeff Wincott and Gary Hudson star in Kurt Anderson's action thriller. The tension between brothers gives the confrontations a personal dimension beyond the usual fight against a criminal boss. For viewers following Wincott's martial-arts films, this combines an international crime threat with a conflict much closer to home.
