Hook, Line and Sinker (1969) DVD
The plot
Told that he has only a short time to live, Peter Ingersoll sets off on the fishing trip of his dreams and spends freely on credit. A revised diagnosis should be good news, but the enormous bills awaiting him make survival look like a very expensive proposition. Jerry Lewis stars with Peter Lawford and Anne Francis in George Marshall's comedy. A scheme to escape the financial consequences creates further complications, turning an extravagant farewell into a tangle of deception for viewers who enjoy Lewis's physical comedy and elaborate predicaments.
