Hands of Steel (1986) DVD
The plot
A cyborg assassin fails to complete his mission and takes refuge at a remote Arizona diner. With the people who control him closing in, Paco must confront both his pursuers and the question of how much of his own humanity has survived their programming. Daniel Greene stars with Janet Agren and John Saxon in Sergio Martino's science-fiction action film. Desert chases, a formidable artificial fighter and an unlikely stop in the world of arm wrestling give it a distinctive flavor for fans of 1980s action cinema.
