The plot
A time-travel experiment sends a dangerous contamination into the past and leaves scientist Nicholas Sinclair facing a radically altered future. Automated machines sent to contain the damage have become part of a war that threatens human survival. To put things right, Sinclair must understand how the disaster began. Richard Keats stars in Phillip J. Roth’s science-fiction action film, with Mitchell Cox and Lisa Ann Russell. A.P.E.X. combines time-paradox suspense with a struggle against relentless machines in a future shaped by one experiment’s consequences.
