Film
Dr. Giggles (1992) DVD
The plot
Evan Rendell Jr. escapes confinement and returns to the town where his father's medical crimes left a lasting scar. Convinced that he is a doctor, he begins a murderous round of house calls, while a teenager facing her own heart trouble falls into his path. Larry Drake and Holly Marie Combs star in Manny Coto's slasher film. Medical instruments, grim jokes and a villain with a dreadful bedside manner make this a lively pick for fans of horror that mixes suspense with grotesque comedy.
