Beverly Hills Bodysnatchers (1989) DVD
The plot
A mortician and a doctor hope to turn their experiments in reviving the dead into a success. Their financial arrangements with the mob make the job harder, especially when the boss sends relatives to watch over the funeral home and the revived bodies refuse to behave. Vic Tayback and Frank Gorshin star in Jonathan Mostow’s horror comedy. Beverly Hills Bodysnatchers mixes funeral-home mishaps, gangster trouble and reanimation experiments, making the collision of criminal business and questionable science the source of its macabre farce.
