Blood and Concrete (1991) DVD
The plot
Car thief Joey Turks is trying to find a way out of trouble when he crosses paths with a singer whose life is also coming apart. Their unlikely romance develops amid stolen money, suspicious deaths and people who would rather silence them than let them leave. Billy Zane and Jennifer Beals star with Darren McGavin and James Le Gros in Jeffrey Reiner’s crime comedy. Blood and Concrete brings a romantic thread to an offbeat criminal world, where impulsive decisions keep pulling its central couple further into danger.
