The plot
Casey Wells believes he has left his criminal life behind. A visit from an old associate, carrying a suspicious suitcase, brings that past straight to his door. Drug dealers, crooked police and other unwelcome visitors soon turn an ordinary Thursday into a struggle to remain alive. Thomas Jane and Aaron Eckhart star with Paulina Porizkova and Mickey Rourke in Skip Woods’s violent crime thriller. Casey’s attempt to appear respectable collides with skills and instincts he hoped never to need again. For viewers who enjoy compact thrillers with dark humor and escalating complications, the pleasure is watching a fresh start unravel one visitor at a time.
