Talons of the Eagle (1992) DVD — Remastered
The plot
An American DEA agent travels to Toronto and teams with a local officer to investigate a powerful crime boss. Their martial-arts abilities provide a route into his organization, but earning a place close to the target also puts them within reach of his enforcers. Gathering evidence is one challenge; escaping with it is another. Billy Blanks and Jalal Merhi star, with James Hong as the adversary, in Michael Kennedy's action film. Tournament combat and an undercover operation give the partnership plenty of opportunities to test its skills. This remastered DVD retains the theatrical trailer identified in the existing listing, making it a useful pick for 1990s martial-arts fans.
