Shootfighter II (1996) DVD
The plot
After his son dies in an illegal fighting tournament, a police officer recruits experienced martial artists to help bring down the operation. Entering its brutal world means facing opponents for whom ordinary sporting rules offer no restraint. The fighters must survive long enough to reach the people running the contests. Bolo Yeung, William Zabka and Michael Bernardo star in Paul Ziller's sequel. Returning characters and new adversaries put the emphasis on dangerous matches and the effort to expose the business behind them. It is a natural follow-up for viewers who enjoyed the first film's underground-combat setting.
