If you receive a disc with playback issues or a DOA (Dead on Arrival) item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement of the same title at no additional cost once the issue is verified. We stand behind the quality of every disc we produce.

Shipping Policy

Due to high order volume for our MMOD (Movies Manufactured On Demand) service, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

• Domestic shipping: USPS or equivalent tracked service
• International shipping ETA: 3 to 6 weeks after dispatch

International Tracking Notes:
Once a package leaves the United States (ISC exit scan), USPS tracking may no longer update until the destination country scans the item into its postal system. Delays may vary based on customs and local postal services.

Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted due to processing and production initiation.
