Phantom Kung Fu (1979) DVD
The plot
A fighter known for the lethal Palm of Death technique is recruited to carry out a government's dangerous work. His mission brings him into conflict with rebels determined to resist, turning a contest of political loyalties into a test of martial skill. Don Wong and Chang Yi star in this period martial-arts film directed by Lee Tso-nam. Secretive missions and opposing fighters provide the setting for confrontations in which technique matters as much as allegiance. Fans of 1970s kung fu adventures will find a story built around the threat posed by an apparently unbeatable specialist.
