Defects / DOA: If you receive a disc with playback issues or a disc that is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please notify us within a maximum of 10 days from the time of receiving the disc.
Replacements: We will promptly send a replacement of the same title at no additional cost. We stand by the quality of our media and want to ensure you have a functional copy for your library.
